Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is hiring Personal Support Workers to provide compassionate daily living support in retirement residences across Canada. You’ll assist residents with mobility, hygiene, nutrition and companionship, while documenting care and communicating needs to the care team.

Qualifications

• Must have PSW Certification from a certified institution or be an internationally educated nurse.
• Strong empathy and ability to provide compassionate resident care.
• Teamwork, communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and nutrition support as needed.
• Provide companionship and ensure resident comfort and safety.
• Document care in the electronic health record and communicate changes to the team.
