Job summary

Park Place Seniors Living is seeking a Maintenance Worker for Mountain Lake Seniors Community. The role involves maintaining the building and grounds, executing work orders, and supporting safety programs.

The position is part-time (0.6 FTE) with standard daytime hours and site-based responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work well in a team while ensuring high-quality maintenance and safety

Qualifications

• High School graduate; equivalences may be considered.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferred.
• WHMIS/OSHA training an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and grounds; follow work orders and log promptly.
• Ensure safe, operable condition of building and systems.
• Assist with fire safety program and winter ice/snow removal.
• Paint vacant suites and touch up common areas; prioritize repairs.
• Operate Maintenance Care system and process routine maintenance.
