Job summary

Brightwater Senior Living of Linden Pointe is seeking a Maintenance Manager to preserve the safety, functionality, and appearance of our community. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with operations, and ensure preventative maintenance tasks are completed on schedule.

The role requires at least two years of direct maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Must have strong ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of verifiable direct maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of the community, including building exteriors and interiors, grounds, walkways, driveways, and parking areas.
• Directly supervise Maintenance Technician and Housekeeping staff, including scheduling and training.
• Directly oversee Bus Driver duties and transportation scheduling.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Ensure adherence to maintenance guidelines and safety procedures; manage budget and inventory.
