• Three years of management experience in healthcare, facilities, environmental services or related.
• Working knowledge of building operations including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, preventative maintenance, and contractor management.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for housekeeping, laundry and facility maintenance in a long-term care home.
• Oversee facility maintenance operations including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life safety systems.
• Coordinate annual training calendar for housekeeping and laundry staff and conduct trainings.
• Prepare monthly QA summaries and report to leadership and client.
