Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, support, guidance and mentorship to the food services team.
• Oversees menu implementation and dietary accommodations with dietitians.
• Manages inventory, cost controls and documentation for high-quality nutrition.
• Ensures compliance with food safety regulations and audits.
• Implements cost controls to reduce waste and manage food costs.
• Maintains proper storage, FIFO procedures and serving temperatures.
