Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years minimum experience in sales, marketing, or community relations.
• Strong customer service and networking skills.

• Willingness to travel for outreach and maintain valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conducts engaging, personalized tours to prospective residents and families.
• Manages prospect pipelines, waitlists and records using CRM; ensures timely follow-up.
• Represents the community at events and builds relationships with partners and health authorities.
• Coordinates on-site and off-site marketing, sponsorships and educational events.
• Tracks outcomes and ROI of outreach activities and maintains referral networks.
