Optima Living in Victoria is seeking a Community Leasing Coordinator to build meaningful relationships with seniors, qualify prospects, and coordinate tours while upholding dignity and safety.
Temporary full-time for 6 months; you will manage lead sources, prepare lease documents, liaise with marketing, and support resident engagement using our Sherpa CRM and other systems.

Reporting to the General Manager or Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall Maintenance and upkeep of the communities buildings, grounds, systems and equipment.
As the Community Leasing Coordinator, you are responsible for building meaningful relationships with seniors in the community, while respecting their dignity towards decision making and navigating relationships with their families.
Temporary Full Time for 6 months.
