Operating out of Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver, each office is staffed with specialized senior and qualified desktop examiners. Qualifications & Experience:

While licensing and experience are essential for handling significant examining tasks for a TPA, we value demonstrated performance. You should be technically strong, well-organized, understand key issues, and provide solid solutions. • Attention to detail and professional communication skills.
Core Competencies:
  • Ability to direct adjusters of all levels and work effectively in a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Positive attitude and customer service focus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive in identifying and implementing solutions.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional computer skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a paperless environment.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay.
  • Work-life balance.
  • Remote working opportunities.
  • E-flex Benefits Program.
  • Wellness programs.
  • RRSP with 2% match for full-time employees.
