The Senior Legal Counsel will provide legal support on commercial and regulatory matters affecting Tilray Brands, Inc. and its subsidiaries in Canada. You will also support for regulatory compliance for Tilray’s Canadian cannabis business, including Cannabis Act and Regulations, Provincial Cannabis Handbooks, and applicable privacy laws.
This role reports directly to the Global General Counsel, Mitchell Gendel, and will work closely with the broader legal team.
You will be expected to navigate a broad range of commercial and regulatory legal issues with agility and sound judgment. This includes ensuring compliance with applicable laws, supporting business operations and strategic initiatives, identifying and mitigating legal and reputational risks, and coordinating with external counsel while maintaining legal budget discipline.
