Job summary

ZSA Canada, headquartered in Canada, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for its Vancouver head office. You will handle a broad mix of general corporate work, lead M&A transactions as the company grows, and negotiate commercial technology contracts.

You will report to the General Counsel and collaborate with the C-suite on day-to-day matters. The ideal candidate has 5 to 10 years of experience across corporate law, M&A, and technology contracting, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

You’ll be reporting to the General Counsel and working closely with the C-suite day-to-day.
