Responsibilities

• Prepares complex legal documents and correspondence for review by lawyers.
• Manages lawyer calendars, schedules appointments, and coordinates appearances.
• Answers a wide variety of telephone inquiries and provides client service with good judgment.
• Provides training to legal assistants and may train lawyers, law clerks and other staff.
