Job summary

The Institute for Performance and Learning is seeking a Senior Learning Specialist to lead the development of enablement learning programs for the SMB Sales Channel in Canada and beyond. You will create initiatives for sales excellence, onboarding, continuous learning, and leadership development to elevate culture and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales enablement or learning and development.
• Proven ability to design and deliver sales enablement and leadership development programs.
• Strong live workshop design and facilitation skills with diverse audiences.
• Experience measuring learning effectiveness and linking outcomes to performance.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end curricula aligned to business needs for SMB sales performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations to deliver training and enablement programs.
• Measure program impact using data and feedback; iterate curriculum accordingly.
• Lead execution of large-scale learning initiatives with timelines and quality control.
• Coach and mentor team members to build capability and strong facilitation skills.
