We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Learning Experience Designer, as part of the Center of Excellence inside Revenue Enablement. Reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Enablement, this role is crucial in partnering with Instructional Designers, Process and Go-To-Market experts, and Facilitators to develop learning programs for Operational Excellence, GTM product strategy, Manager & Leadership Development, and Onboarding.

This role will influence StackAdapt's learning culture and help deliver programs that grow sales capabilities, reduce ramp time, and align with executive OKRs. You will bring StackAdapt’s Sales Enablement programs to life to enhance productivity, scalability, and engagement across the Revenue team.

You will collaborate closely with Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and other Revenue team members to create innovative, blended learning solutions, advocating for excellent user experiences. Your primary stakeholders will be the Product Marketing Management (PMM) Team. You will also mentor junior and intermediate Revenue Enablement team members by sharing knowledge, assessing learning and skill gaps, designing learning journeys, and executing projects that provide ongoing value.

You are passionate about learning methods and new technologies that improve the learner experience. You are comfortable with ambiguity and frequent changes in client needs within a fast-paced sales environment.

What you'll be doing:
  1. Design innovative, blended learning experiences for the sales team, ensuring they are scalable and inclusive.
  2. Translate subject matter expertise for product and sales skills into engaging learning experiences that drive behavior change and business impact.
  3. Develop and implement learning strategies for major sales enablement initiatives.
  4. Apply creativity and problem-solving to develop innovative learning solutions.
  5. Create learning approaches aligned with StackAdapt’s culture, practices, and needs, incorporating practical business strategies.
  6. Prototype and refine designs based on user testing and feedback, analyzing metrics and participant feedback to ensure quality and efficiency.
  7. Stay informed on trends and research in learning design and sales enablement, applying them to support StackAdapt’s growth strategy.
What you’ll bring to the table:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 10 years managing Learning & Development projects from analysis to launch and evaluation, including team collaboration.
  3. Extensive experience in designing digital, online, and virtual learning with LMS and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Storyline, WellSaid, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate).
  4. Proven experience in developing product and skills-based programs for Sales.
  5. Knowledge of or experience with LMS, CRM, and CMS systems (e.g., HighSpot, MindTickle, Salesforce).
  6. Experience creating empathetic learning programs for global sales teams, including reps, engineers, customer success, and managers.
  7. Experience integrating DEI principles into learning curricula, with knowledge of industry best practices in learning science, measurement, and retention strategies.
  8. Understanding of key business drivers and products to identify training needs collaboratively.
  9. Exceptional communication skills and executive presence to build credibility across stakeholder levels.
