Job summary

Stantec's Alberta South Community Development team in Calgary seeks a Project Manager to lead delivery, financials, and client success on land development projects. You will oversee design, scheduling, tendering, construction, and coordination with stormwater engineers, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and on-time outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; PEng with APEGA preferred but not required.
• Minimum 10 years in land development with Calgary area experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be responsible for project delivery, budgets and reporting.
• Coordinate designs with stormwater engineers and integrate into land development drawings.
• Manage client relationships and be main client contact on projects.
• Guide projects from conceptual design through construction and tendering.
• Support business development and proposals to expand the portfolio.
