Job summary

Select People Solutions is partnering with a client in Lethbridge to recruit a Senior Land Administrator. The role focuses on managing administrative requirements for land acquisition and third-party projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will mentor Junior Administrators, coordinate with Land Agents and internal stakeholders, and drive process improvements while maintaining timely project updates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of land administration experience.
  • Knowledge of land legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative requirements for land acquisition and third-party projects.
  • Maintain accurate and complete project, field, and administrative files.
  • Ensure documentation complies with client, company, industry, and legislative requirements.
  • Monitor project timelines and provide regular status updates.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, Land Agents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with prioritizing projects and team workloads.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Junior Administrators and Junior Land Agents.
  • Identify administrative challenges and recommend process improvements.
  • Review documentation to ensure quality and accuracy before completion.

Compensation & Hours:
  • The rate of pay will be $60-90K/year, based on experience
  • Monday through Friday, daytime hours
