Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant labour relations experience, ideally in a unionized environment.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting arbitration cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of grievance files from initiation through resolution.
• Lead discussions to promote negotiated settlements.
• Work closely with HR, operations, and legal affairs.

Skills

Bilingualism (French/English)

Strong knowledge of collective agreements

Ability to work under pressure

Education

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources
