Job summary

Lancesoft in Montreal is seeking a Senior Knowledge Management Consultant, AI & Content Strategy. The role focuses on shaping HR knowledge architecture, content strategy and AI-enabled experiences for a global workforce.

You will guide HR leaders and SMEs, drive governance across channels and partner with Product and Technology to align roadmaps. On-site onboarding and ongoing presence are required in Montreal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in knowledge management, information architecture, enterprise content, content strategy or a related discipline.
• Experience improving how enterprise knowledge is structured, classified and governed, using taxonomy, metadata or content models.
• Practical experience applying generative AI or retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) to enterprise knowledge or content.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of HR knowledge architecture and content strategy across decentralized HR teams.
• Advise HR leaders, content owners and SMEs on reducing fragmentation and adopting a governed model across channels.
• Evolve AI‑ready content standards as channels, product capabilities and AI experiences develop.
• Lead cross‑functional reviews to align HR, Product and Technology with executive‑ready roadmaps.
• Coaching KM team members on knowledge architecture and AI readiness.
