Job summary

LGI Healthcare Solutions Inc. is seeking an Internal Program Manager, Artificial Intelligence in Montreal, Canada. The role coordinates adoption and day‑to‑day operations of AI platforms used internally, tracks usage, and supports teams with approved practices.

You will connect teams, ambassadors, and leadership bodies to promote responsible AI use. You will build engagement with AI ambassadors, maintain governance and learning resources, and present adoption status to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years of experience in technology adoption or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms and tools in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Measurement, initiative tracking and reporting to leadership and managers.
• Adoption and enablement of internal AI practices and communications.
• Define and maintain AI platform usage models, groups, and budgets.
• Coordinate AI governance, risk management, and policy adoption across business areas.
• Provide regular updates to executives and AI governance bodies.
