Job summary

• Support the full software development lifecycle from design to production support.
• Develop and maintain Java backend services using Spring Boot and microservices.

Job Requirement

Must-haves:

• Strong Java (back-end) development experience, incl. Spring Boot and microservices/API development
• Good experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter, Gosu, and Guidewire integration frameworks
• Ability to support the full software development lifecycle (design → build → test → deploy → production support)
• Experience with REST API integration

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kafka
• Experience with Apigee
• Comfortable supporting test automation practices alongside a dedicated QA
• Tools / software / methodology / certification: Guidewire ACE certification à nice to have
• Soft skills: Team collaboration, ability to work well with QA/BA/Scrum Master in a small squad

Final compensation will be determined after considering several factors, including professional experience, skill set, educational background, certifications, and geographic market conditions. The current target salary range for this role is $110,000 – $120,000 per year.
