ALTEN CANADA seeks an Intermediate Software Analyst to support CBTC rail software testing and validation. You will review requirements, maintain automated test scenarios, and execute functional and regression testing in an Agile/Scrum setting.
Responsibilities include analyzing CBTC control logic, collaborating with developers and testers, and tracking defects in Jira and related tools; experience with safety-critical systems is preferred. On-site in Scarborough, ON.

The Software Analyst will support the development of the next generation of Communication-Based Train Control (CBTC) systems within a leading rail transportation organization. This role involves contributing to railway signalling, train localization, train control, and communication functions used in urban rail transit systems. The position focuses on the new CBTC framework, which will support future rail transportation platforms.
