Job summary

RedCompass Labs is seeking a technical professional to join our Payments Integration team. You will work on international banking projects, influencing technology and architecture, and writing code focused on payments with Java, Spring, Kafka, and cloud technologies.

You will lead engineering implementation, collaborate with architects, and contribute to cloud and on‑prem deployments, while sharing knowledge across the team and driving platform evolution.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java 17+ and Spring Boot for payments integration projects.
• Experience with data processing, modeling and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Strong communication and collaboration with client teams.

Responsibilities
