Job summary

Sportchek is seeking a Sr. ITSM Service Integration Specialist to lead governance and data integrity of the enterprise Service Portfolio. You will bridge application owners, operations, and governance to ensure trusted CMDB data and compliant service relationships.

You will drive service portfolio lifecycle, design governance frameworks, and enable automation within ITSM processes and asset management. Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT service portfolio management, service design or configuration management/CMDB related roles.
• ITIL certification (Foundation minimum) and knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping is expected.
• Strong understanding of CSDM (v5 preferred) and CMDB best practices.
• Experience operating in governance/oversight roles across internal teams and MSPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and governance of Service Portfolios in line with CSDM v5 standards.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance of services data and relationships.
• Define and improve service management policies, procedures, and control frameworks.
• Oversee service portfolio lifecycle from inception to retirement and support automation initiatives.
