Job summary

Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking an ITSM Governance Specialist to join its technology team in Oakville, Ontario. The role intersects IT governance, audit coordination, and ServiceNow platform oversight.

You will support audit requests, maintain governance registers, and coordinate with cross-functional tech teams to drive timely governance deliverables and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in IT Service Management, governance, audit coordination, compliance, or related tech governance.
• Experience with ITIL practices and ITSM processes such as incident, change, knowledge, service continuity, and request management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules, reporting, dashboards, forms, workflows, catalog items, and governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support centralized intake and coordination of audit, control testing, regulatory, evidence, finding, and remediation requests across ITSM and related tech teams.
• Maintain governance registers for actions, risks, decisions, owners, due dates, status, dependencies, and escalations.
• Assist with audit and compliance activities, including evidence collection and leadership updates.
• Develop dashboards and reporting capabilities for ITSM metrics, governance indicators, audit/status, risk themes, and process compliance.
• Coordinate inputs with ServiceNow platform, process, compliance, resilience, infrastructure, and vendor teams to drive timely governance deliverables.
