Job summary

Marsh in Toronto is seeking a Senior Analyst – IT Support to provide onsite and remote end-user support across multiple offices, install and maintain workstations, business apps and related equipment.

You will troubleshoot issues, respond to incidents within SLAs, assist with device setup, and support office technology infrastructure, with occasional after-hours for business-critical events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support experience or equivalent education.
• Strong Windows knowledge; macOS is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite and Exchange environments.

Responsibilities
