Job summary

Triple Eight Transport Inc. is hiring an IT Solutions & Partner Specialist in Abbotsford, BC. This hands-on role resolves complex escalations, supports and improves IT infrastructure, and leads system migrations.

You will own cloud migration projects, manage Azure AD and Microsoft 365, and strengthen cybersecurity across endpoints and networks. You will work with our IT team to design scalable solutions, document processes, and mentor Tier 1/2 staff.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive IT experience, incl. Tier 3, systems administration or senior support responsibilities.
Experience with cloud migration projects to cloud/hybrid environments.
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and/or other major cloud platforms.
Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, GPOs, MFA, and identity sync.
Experience with Microsoft 365, networking, security, backup, and DR.
PowerShell or scripting for automation.
Excellent documentation and technical communication skills.
Legally allowed to work full time in Canada.

Responsibilities

Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for complex IT issues across endpoints, servers, apps, networking, identity, cloud, and infrastructure.
Lead on-prem to cloud/hybrid migrations; assess systems and dependencies prior to migration.
Configure and manage cloud infrastructure and identity solutions; maintain security controls.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Mentor Junior staff to improve support capability and processes.
