Job summary

Streampoint Solutions is seeking a Cloud Systems Specialist & IT Lead to manage our Azure cloud infrastructure, security operations, and compliance programs from Etobicoke. This role combines hands-on engineering with leadership communication to senior management.

You will drive migrations, optimize costs, administer Azure SQL, and implement Zero Trust across the organization, while supporting onsite event operations in North America.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration and cybersecurity with Azure focus.
• Experience with cloud migrations and infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Front Door, WAF, VPN Gateway, Azure SQL DB/Managed SQL DB, Entra ID, Intune, Defender for Endpoint.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS 4.01.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools (Qualys, Vulnscan, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and security tooling.
• Manage cloud migrations and new service deployments.
• Administer Azure SQL databases and migrations to managed instances.
• Maintain Endpoint Security and incident reporting.
• Oversee identity management and Zero Trust policies.
• Provide onsite tech support at events as needed.
• Ensure ISMS alignment with ISO 27001/27701 and SOC 2.
• Coordinate with SOC provider and review alerts.
