Job summary

TD is seeking an experienced IT leader in Mississauga, Ontario to own the full lifecycle of large-scale applications within Technology Solutions. You will align roadmaps with enterprise goals, drive modernization, manage Agile teams, and oversee budgets, resources, and vendor contracts while maintaining audit readiness and strong security controls.

Qualifications

10+ years of total experience.
Strong experience in solution designing.
Full stack Java development with enterprise-scale experience.
Strategic planning and tech roadmap alignment; Agile delivery.
Excellent verbal and written communication for senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Coaching and mentoring across diverse, cross-geography teams.
Experience engaging with internal and external auditors and ensuring security controls.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of applications, ensuring health, performance, upgrades, and documentation.
Align application roadmaps with enterprise goals; identify modernization and cost optimization opportunities.
Lead Agile teams, manage sprints and releases, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Diligently perform resource management and conflict resolution.
Track budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and vendor contracts.
Ensure audit readiness and compliance with security, regulatory, and DR/OSFI standards.
Oversee incident resolution and maintain production health via monitoring tools.
