LifeLabs in Toronto is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide IT and security projects. You will guide the planning and execution across multiple initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, and delivering business value.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, coaching of project managers, and adoption of PMO standards and tools. A hybrid work arrangement in Toronto supports collaboration with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• PMP certification or equivalent designation.
• Proven experience managing medium to large cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing 1–3 projects concurrently.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting experience.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of project deliverables, including scope, schedule, budget, procurement, quality, communication, and resource management.
• Plan and manage multiple concurrent cross-functional projects across various phases of delivery, balancing priorities, dependencies, and resources.
• Manage project financials and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with budgets and objectives.
• Build strong relationships with sponsors, executives, and cross-functional partners, guiding decision-making.
• Identify and manage risks, changes, dependencies, and conflicts, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Integrate change management practices to support stakeholder readiness and adoption.
• Apply PMO methodologies, templates, and standards with detailed project artifacts.
• Provide timely reporting on status, milestones, dependencies, and RAID items.
• Lead project teams with clarity, accountability, and coaching.
• Support adoption of project management tools and processes per CoE guidance.
• Adapt communication approaches to meet diverse stakeholders.
