Responsibilities

• Deliver full-cycle recruitment within VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline).
• Recruit for technical roles across software engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
• Apply knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, .NET, SQL, etc.) to effectively assess candidates.
• Manage multiple requisitions within banking/financial services programs, ensuring SLA and compliance adherence.
• Build strong pipelines using AI-powered sourcing tools, networking, and talent mapping.
• Conduct structured screenings and maintain detailed candidate records in Bullhorn ATS.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, manage offers, and oversee onboarding.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team success.
