BeachHead is growing and seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to deliver full-cycle recruitment for IT contract roles. You will execute sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and offer management while collaborating with the Recruitment Team Lead to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include building talent pipelines, mentoring juniors, and documenting activity in the ATS. Strong communication and knowledge of the Canadian IT market are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of IT recruitment experience.
• Experience delivering full-cycle recruitment for contract IT roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and timelines.
• Familiarity with Canadian labour legislation and ATS usage.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for IT contract roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Screen candidates to ensure strong technical alignment with role requirements.
• Source candidates through databases, networks, referrals and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill IT positions.
• Engage candidates via phone, virtual and in-person interactions.
• Document activity in the ATS and manage candidate communications.
• Coordinate client interviews and support offer processes.
• Mentor junior team members and represent BeachHead professionally.
