Job summary

CN is seeking an experienced Expert Program & Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives, aligning business objectives with delivery execution across cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and value realization throughout the project lifecycle.

The incumbent will coach teams, ensure adherence to delivery standards, and support continuous improvement of governance processes.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts and technologies.
• Experience with end-to-end delivery of mission-critical technology products/services where downtime is close to zero.
• PMP Certification or equivalent (Prince-2, PMI-ACP).
• Highly familiar with Agile methodologies – SAFe, Scrum, Dev‑Ops, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the successful delivery of large-scale, complex programs and projects, driving execution and governance.
• Demonstrates broad knowledge of project delivery methodologies and portfolio management principles.
• Negotiate and align scope, funding, timelines, and priorities with sponsors and senior leaders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve outcomes.
• Ensure transparent communication of project health and value realization to stakeholders and leadership.
• Develops delivery roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues with escalation plans.
• Lead operational readiness and transition activities for adopted capabilities.
