Job summary

Sitly seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT and business transformation initiatives. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and dependencies while ensuring governance compliance and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires coordinating enterprise application initiatives and delivering projects in a structured, milestone-driven manner with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–9 years of professional experience in project management, preferably within IT or enterprise transformation environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and project lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery in accordance with approved project management methodologies.
• Develop and maintain project charters, integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery milestones.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Manage project risks, issues, constraints, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address schedule, budget, resource, and delivery variances.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, business stakeholders, technical specialists, vendors, and external partners.
• Prepare executive status reports, project dashboards, risk assessments, and management updates.
