Job summary

Helical Pile Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Analyst to support our Edmonton area team from the Calgary Quarry Park office. The role focuses on network, server, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure, reporting to the Team Lead, IT Infrastructure.

You will manage AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, cloud resources in Azure and AWS, and ensure secure, reliable IT systems across on‑prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with focus on network, server, and system administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Experience administering Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune.
• Experience managing storage and data backup systems.
• Solid networking skills (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Switches & Access Points).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for setup and installation of infrastructure.
• Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance; address issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation and change management records.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
• Assist with cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS; support backup and recovery solutions.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to ensure secure remote access and network reliability.
