The System Solutions team is looking for an experienced, and passionate Senior Business Analyst with experience in business analysis for health & dental projects as well as continuous improvement opportunities. The position is an exciting role that is pivotal in achieving our vision to become the best provider of health and dental solutions.
The Senior Business Analyst works on projects with many different teams including our Group Technology partners and various other departments within Workplace Benefits & Retirement to transform our operations. This position is suited to an individual who enjoys working in an environment to solve complex problems, meet challenging deadlines, drive problems to conclusion and has the desire to become a business and technical expert in the organization.
The base salary for this position is between $56,900 - $94,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
