Our client in the public function industry is currently seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst for a twelve (12) months mandate.

Employment specifications:

• Ottawa or Toronto
• Full Time
• Hybrid (Remote mostly but may require office presence)

Your Schedule could look like:

• Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
• Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document business processes.
• Define and document interfaces of manual and automated operations within applications subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems.
• Establish acceptance test criteria with the client.
• Support and use the selected departmental methodologies.
• Introduce users to new technology offerings through training.
• Create technical documentation and facilitate the creation of user documentation.
• Contribute to story elaboration and advancing tasks.
• Serve as a critical liaison between the business stakeholders and the technical development teams to facilitate effective communication, mitigate misunderstandings, and foster collaboration across departments.

Must-have:

• 10 years of relevant experience.
