Job summary

Amazon's AWS Canada team seeks a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of Canadian ISVs, guiding multi-year cloud, SaaS, and AI transformation journeys and translating technology investments into business outcomes.

You will coordinate with AWS Sales, Solutions Architecture, Support, and Partner teams, lead executive engagements, and drive risk mitigation while scaling customer value across Canada's software ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT/Management Consulting experience.
• 4+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership and delivering customer benefits.
• Experience in customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of a portfolio of ISV accounts and define a path to value realization.
• Lead roadmap-to-outcome alignment sessions and go-live milestones for cloud and AI journeys.
• Coordinate with AWS teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality engagement across sales, solutions architecture, support, and professional services.
• Lead director-level engagements, co-innovation workshops, and strategic planning with ISV leadership.
• Manage cadence, reporting, and health monitoring across your portfolio; identify and mitigate risks.
• Connect customers to AWS capabilities, programs, and expertise to raise the bar for customer success in Canada.
