Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc. in Toronto seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager (Transformation Advisor) to own the success of a portfolio of Canadian ISV accounts, guiding cloud, SaaS, and AI transformations.

You will define paths to value, lead executive sessions, and coordinate across AWS teams to ensure measurable outcomes. You will help ISVs build governance, operating models, and data infrastructure for long-term transformation, while promoting adoption of generative AI and agentic

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting experience
• 4+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs
• Customer-facing experience engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners
• Cloud Technology Certification or AWS Certification (preferred)
• Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Own ISV account success by defining and executing a path to value realization
• Lead alignment sessions, Executive Briefing Sessions, and go-live milestones
• Help ISVs build governance, operating models, and data infrastructure
• Support generative AI and agentic capability adoption
• Coordinate across AWS teams to deliver high-quality engagement
• Contribute to account planning with clear ownership and timelines
• Identify and remove systemic barriers and escalate when needed
• Lead director-level engagements and strategic planning sessions with leadership
