  • Contributing to legislative, policy and program discussions by identifying marketplace trends, enforcement concerns and potential legislative gaps.
  • Promoting consumer awareness through presentations, community partnerships and approved media activities.

  • Systems Thinking: Recognizing how evidence, legislation, enforcement options and broader marketplace issues intersect when determining an appropriate course of action.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Applying sound judgment and innovative investigative techniques to resolve complex, multifaceted or sensitive files.
  • Agility: Adapting investigative plans and priorities as new evidence, legal considerations or operational demands emerge.
  • Drive for Results: Advancing investigations thoroughly and efficiently while maintaining established evidentiary, legislative and procedural standards.
  • Develop Networks: Building productive relationships with regulatory bodies, law‑enforcement agencies, prosecutors, businesses and community organizations.
  • Build Collaborative Environments: Coordinating effectively across investigative teams and jurisdictions while maintaining clear roles, accountability and information‑sharing.
  • Develop Self and Others: Sharing expertise, providing practical guidance and supporting the continued development of other investigators.
