Job summary

Zeidler Architecture is seeking a Senior Interior Designer for the Vancouver Studio to lead interior design development on federal and corporate workplace projects. You will drive documentation, coordinate with consultants, and manage large interiors efforts from concept through permit.

We value a Registered Interior Designer with 7+ years of experience, strong BIM/Revit skills, and a collaborative, client-facing approach.

Qualifications

• Professional degree or diploma in Interior Design from a recognized institution.
• Registered Interior Designer in good standing with a Canadian provincial association.
• Demonstrated project management experience leading complex interiors projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of interior design concepts with design leadership.
• Oversee design detailing, material selection, and documentation.
• Prepare and review contract documents ensuring alignment with design intent.
• Lead F&E strategy, selections, and documentation.
• Manage project execution, budgeting, scheduling, and milestones.
• Coordinate with clients and subconsultants; attend site meetings and reviews.
• Support proposals and fees development for the studio.
