Studio Munge is seeking a Senior Interior Designer specializing in Hospitality and Multi-Residential projects to lead design concepts and mentor junior staff. You will manage high-profile international projects from concept through construction, ensuring innovation and quality.

You will translate the Principal’s vision into actionable plans, oversee budgets and timelines, and build strong client relationships. Join Alessandro and the team to shape luxury spaces worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design (or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in multi-unit residential or large-scale hospitality projects.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with internal teams, clients, consultants, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and development of innovative, purpose-driven design concepts, ensuring alignment with the project vision.
• Oversee multiple complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Mentor Junior and Intermediate Designers to foster growth and development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, presenting deliverables clearly.
• Collaborate with clients on programming and feasibility; assist in drafting ASPs.
• Understand contracts and scope of deliverables to ensure accurate billing.
• Monitor project schedules and team workflows to align with timelines.
