Ste Marie seeks an Intermediate Interior Designer to craft experiential design for hospitality and multi-residential projects. The candidate will collaborate with a tight-knit team, lead design development, and ensure technical accuracy across drawings and specifications.

The role emphasizes disciplined coordination, strong communication, and a willingness to learn, with a path toward project leadership in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–8 years of professional interior design experience, including multi-residential and hospitality.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
• Completion of an Interior Design, Building Technology or Architectural program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Director and project team to develop and execute design concepts.
• Produce 3D models, elevations, mood boards, specs, CAD drawings and presentations.
• Prepare accurate construction drawing sets reflecting design intent and technical standards.
• Coordinate samples with internal teams, clients and reps; attend coordination meetings.
• Assist and mentor junior designers; manage multiple projects and stay on schedule.
