What We Need

As a Senior IA Engineer, you will lead the development and implementation of automation solutions using Intelligent Automation tools and technologies. You will oversee a team of engineers, collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and senior management to identify automation opportunities, design solutions, and deliver projects successfully. You will ensure that IA tools, development efforts, and deployments adhere to COE and IT standards.

Your experience in Automation will be vital in guiding your team, managing project timelines, and ensuring scalable and effective automation solutions. You will coordinate with technical teams to maintain platform stability and availability, ensuring long-term value for our business stakeholders.

This role is eligible for our Flex persona.

Your Day to Day

1. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and analysts to understand requirements and develop software applications.
2. Monitor the performance and health of automation systems and chatbots.
3. Work with developers to implement updates to automation solutions.
4. Define chatbot workflows with stakeholders.
5. Report on chatbot performance and issues.
6. Ensure compliance with security standards.
7. Design and develop software supporting business needs.
8. Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders using agile and waterfall methodologies.
9. Set milestones for sprints and releases.
10. Mentor the team in Agile practices.

We're Looking for:

• Healthcare experience (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of RPA, BPM, and Chatbot platforms (highly desirable).
• Attention to detail and quality focus.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related field.
• 5-7 years of software development experience.

• 3+ years experience with Chatbot, BPM, or RPA.
• 2+ years designing and deploying applications with Appian BPM or similar.
