Job summary

Softchoice is seeking a Specialist, Integrations & Catalog Management in Toronto to define processes and govern our Distribution and Vendor integration strategy. Lead EDI/API initiatives, collaborate across Finance, SAP, and Master Data, and drive item/catalog maintenance for SAP mappings.

You will work with suppliers, internal IT, and distribution partners to improve automation and data accuracy while supporting a dynamic hybrid schedule in Toronto.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a business/operations environment.
• Experience with data analysis tools preferred (SQL query programming, SSRS, etc.).
• Experience with SAP, MuleSoft or Salesforce would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive engagement with EDI internal stakeholders to resolve/enhance EDI for customer operations teams & other stakeholders.
• Set up, facilitate, and engage in meetings with supplier IT & Business teams and align root issues with next steps.
• Point of contact for SAP & MuleSoft for supplier EDI related issues.
• Improve e2e automation and analyze EDI metrics to identify gaps and actions.
• Monitor Order breakdowns and inform impacted areas when issues occur.
• Explore other APIs from suppliers and assess feasibility with MuleSoft for data samples.
• Collaborate with Distribution partners to ensure ETS data accuracy.
• Increase integrations with Direct Vendors to boost E2E automation.
• Use AI to speed up manual processes and enhance decision intelligence.
