Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in insurance industry.
• Level 2 License and progress toward CAIB/CIP designation.
• Strong technical knowledge for complex client needs.
• Collaborative mindset with mentoring and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service across phone, email and in-person interactions.
• Assess client needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations for personal lines.
• Manage new business, renewals, underwriting and policy changes with accuracy.
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive support during renewals, claims and follow-up.
• Identify sales opportunities, cross-sell and up-sell products to grow business.
• Support branch success by collaborating with team members and assisting with training and day-to-day operations.
