Sargent & Lundy seeks a senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to lead a nuclear I&C design team, interfacing with clients and discipline engineers. You will prepare IDS, wiring diagrams, and procurement specs, while guiding junior engineers and vendors to deliver compliant, high-quality control systems for nuclear plants.

Our electric power generation clients, both in Canada and the U.S., are updating and replacing the power plant control systems with new digital control systems. This expands work in the Instrumentation and Controls Engineering group.
This is a senior level design engineering position that offers a variety of interesting and challenging opportunities in nuclear Instrument and Controls Engineering and will provide an excellent opportunity to advance your career. You will lead a team of nuclear I&C Engineers and interface with the discipline engineers and designers on the Project Team and with the client to ensure all client requirements are satisfied.

This position is based on a hybrid work schedule and will require in‑office work 3 days per week, giving you the flexibility to work remotely for two days.
