About the Role

Our client is seeking a qualified Senior Instrumentation and Control Technician to join their team in Kimberley. This role is critical for the installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of industrial instrumentation and control systems used in various process industries. You will ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement devices and control loops, contributing to the safety and efficiency of operations in the Northern Cape region. This is a demanding yet rewarding position for a technician with a strong background in process control and instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and maintain a wide range of industrial instruments, including pressure, temperature, flow, and level sensors.
• Troubleshoot and repair control systems, including PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnostic checks on instrumentation and control hardware.
• Interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and instrument loop diagrams.
