Qualifications

• Proven experience as an instructional designer or technical writer.

• Bilingual preferred, with French as the first language.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives, develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, webinar content, and blended learning solutions
• Create engaging and interactive content that enhances the learning experience
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner feedback to continuously improve training program while staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and educational technology
• Provide support and guidance to facilitators and subject matter experts on the use of instructional materials and technologies
• Write clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and online help systems ensuring consistency in style and tone
• Support our UX / UI Specialists in our Product Management teams with feedback on word choice in dialogs, tool tips, and translations and support persona clarification and needs analysis if requested
• Partner with our Implementation Specialists to source opportunities for improvement in our collateral
• Develop and maintain style guides / templates for out IT teams aligning to MNP branding standards
• Aid in the development in internal processes and best practices for knowledge / content management
• Narrate deliverables in English and French

Skills and Experience

• Background in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Proven experience as an instructional designer, technical writer or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of instructional design theories and models (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy)
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and video tools (e.g., Clip Champ, Camtasia, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies
• Proven experience in technical writing, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into user-friendly content
• Proficiency in technical writing tools (e.g., SharePoint, MadCap Flare, etc.)
• Preferred : Bilingual (where French is the first language)
