Responsibilities

• Collaborate on cross-functional enterprise initiatives and manage deliverables following best practices.
• Be a single point of contact for technology and business stakeholders.
• Manage multiple initiatives across varying complexity with timely delivery.
• Identify, analyze, mitigate and escalate risks as needed.
• Collaborate with IT Asset Management to monitor technology lifecycle.
• Respond to incidents and communicate remediation plans.
