Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking an Infrastructure Investments Associate to support multiple ledcor groups in pursuing major infrastructure and P3 projects. You will serve as an internal subject matter expert, conducting research, building complex financial models, and delivering financing deliverables to drive business decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a structured transactional environment in investment banking (e.g., corporate finance, project finance, transaction advisory).
• Experience interpreting and developing complex financial models.
• Experience of transacting on infrastructure or P3 projects is an asset.
• Asset management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes complex financial models to support valuation analyses for investment and bid opportunities (P3 and non-P3).
• Interpret and present results to support equity investment propositions.
• Engage as an active member on project management and finance teams for major infrastructure pursuits.
• Advise leaders on new and existing investment opportunities.
• Participate in procurement workstreams, including RFQ/RFP preparation and financial close support.
• Conduct due diligence on the P3 market to provide competitive intelligence.
