This is a Cloud and infra engineering III position at Associate level, responsible for managing and optimizing technical infrastructure to support business needs effectively.

What You’ll Do In The Role

• Develop, maintain, and support the firm's Linux (Redhat), Docker / Kubernetes, and related infrastructure.
• Develop, maintain, and support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for secure resource provisioning, integrated into a self-service model to increase velocity.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and cloud teams to define requirements for process automation.
• Create reusable code and documentation for other teams.
• Ensure solutions meet strict security standards.
• Participate in architectural discussions for successful cloud deployment.
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure workloads and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance technical and organizational maturity.
• Implement cloud automation benefits in on-premises resources.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• 10+ years of enterprise experience.
• Deep technical expertise in operating systems (Linux, Windows), compute/storage, networking, application performance, security, systems architecture, automation, etc.
• Experience building large distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Python, Scripting, REST API).
• Understanding of build tools, CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile principles.
• Experience with on-prem VMware/Broadcom ESXi environments and modernization principles.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high sense of accountability.

All positions are based in Montreal, Quebec, with a hybrid work environment. Knowledge of French and English is required.
